Dr. David Kenneth Brown, MD

I went to this clinic for almost a year. In the beginning I was thinking this is the nicest doctor and even though so far I didn’t feel improvement I kept going to see what else to do and for my allergies shots. In one point the dr literally told me, I don’t know what to tell you , you sound stock. Like ok. You the DR. You see me suffering. I asked for other stuff he can check except the basic allergy test and he said no such thing. I ask him if I should continue with the shots he said: Whatever you want, doesn’t seem to work isn’t it. So I was so confused. Last question was, so what happened to people that allergies shot does help them, what’s the next step? The answer from Dr brown was, “I don’t know , ones they stop I never see the me again” I literally went home crying feeling I Doctor just told me I’m a lost cost and he can not care less. And that not Ok. Never again going to this horrible Doctor.

I was a patient at Allergy Diagnostic & Treatment Center for many years. I was quite happy for most of that time. However, recently I had several very bad experiences. The most troubling, was bad medical treatment (in my opinion). I went there to receive allergy shots, and for years I had no issues. Then, recently I went for my shots and a new employee (I think) administered the shots. They felt MUCH more painful than usual. Leading me to believe she just “did them wrong”. Then, I had an extremely bad allergic reaction within moments of receiving those shots. Leading me to believe that they must have injected either the wrong thing into me or the wrong dose. Again, I have had these shots for years…with no issues, up until this instance. I understand mistakes happen, but they not only wouldn’t take ownership of the problem, they wouldn’t entertain the idea that it could have been them. They blamed me. To make things worse, the employee behind the counter became… exceptionally rude and completely dismissive of me the next few visits. Bad treatment both from the medical side and the service side has caused me to go to a different doctor. My advise…don’’t go here.

I don’t understand what these people are talking about who give a bad review both of the staff and Dr Brown. The only reason I can think of they were having a bad day.I have gone to Dr Brown regularly for 3 yrs. He was the only Dr who cared enough to stay with me and not give up when I had a very rare disorder and could treat me. The whole office staff treated me like family and Dr Brown NEVER was rushed. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

The entire staff from the front area to the nurses to Dr Brown, have been extremely professional, helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. He’s the only allergist out of 3 previous ones who has done so much work and figured out my illness. I’ll only go to his practice from now on.

He is very profession and kind. He is very helpful for all my family.

Extremely rude staff. I tried to make appointment and just couldn't believe how unhelpful these people are. I tried to make appointment for myself and my son. The girl who answered the phone asks same insurance information I just gave over and over. That was bearable. Than she asks me what kind of test I wanted to get done. If I knew what kind of allergy test needed why would I make an appointment. Isn't this something I should be discussing with the DOCTOR. I asked to speak to the manager and she was equally rude. I told her that I am making appointment for the first time and I didn't know what kind of test needed to be done, she replied back saying that she needed to know so that she can make appoint different time of the day. Why can't the doctor see the patient to discuss whats needed?

Never go to this doctor.Has no respect for patients.Was screaming and yelling.

An excellent allergist who has treated me for a variety of ailments through the years and whom I trust implicitly. My adult daughter is also his patient.
