The first thing we did was take an x-ray. Dr. Clifford then checked my x-ray against my prior x-rays and said he believed it looked good. He want me to return in two months just to make sure that everything remains in good condition. Dr. Clifford is an exceptional doctor that I trust.

He is very respectful. He tell you the truth about what is wrong with you. He is the best doctor for my back problem. He have great bed side manners. He explains your condition in English so you know exactly what is wrong with you.

Went in for lumbar disc disease diagnosis. He never even addressed it. Spent about 10 minutes with me and only discussed my stress fractures at T10 and T12. Offered surgery or do nothing as solutions. Did not discuss my MRI results at all.

Saw Kelli (I believe was her name. PA. She took more time with me than my previous visit. Listened to my concerns and explained our next step. Instructed me to follow-up via Sentara MyChart in one month. Let her/them know my pain level and see if a Radio-frequency Ablation might be our next step. Informed me that they may be able to do another injection in three months. Felt very comfortable with her. Appreciated her taking time with me.

Saw him for neck pain causing my arm to go numb. He was more helpful than the arm doctor. Highly recommend.
