Arrogant. No compassion.

I have been a patient for over twenty years. Can't say enough good things. Excellent overall physician.

My whole family has been cared for by Dr Cos for years and we can tell you without a hesitation that his office staff and he personally are top drawer.

You never see the Dr. only the PA , which is Sarah and not the brightest bulb on the tree.

Both wife and I made first visit to Dr Cos. Excellent experience with Dr Cos. No problems with office staff

I have been going to see Dr. Cos since 2001. He is a great doctor, caring and does not rush you out of the examining room. He will order test to see what is going on with you and will send you to see a specialist if needed. He and his staff are very caring and kind. Sara one of his PA's is very caring and takes her time with you and doesn't rush you out of the examining room. Kathy his head nurse has always been kind and caring. I was recommended to Dr. Cos from my neighbors and so glad I was. I highly recommend DR. Cos.

Melissa is his PA, excellent person. Caring, kind and thoughtful. I love her! Never rushes and always listens to my concerns. My husband and I found her and now our adult children use her also. Just introduced my 93 year old mother so now have 7 family members seeing her.

The worst doctor office I have ever had anything to do with. If you have a problem do not expect any return call anytime soon. Staff is rude. Even when I ask for a specific call from the doctor, you don't get any call back. I am surprised that nobody has gone to the state with complaints on this terrible service.

I could not ask for a better doctor. Dr. Cos is genuinely interested and concerned with your health and well being.

Even though I was booked with Dr. Cos, I was seen by a young lady, Sarah, whom I must say is very thorough and extremely personable. However, it would be nice for the doctor to just see you for a few minutes prior to introducing a junior staff member. Today I called their office to request a repeat. The lady with whom I spoke was Kathy. She was unbelievably rude, curt and abrupt on the phone. When I gave her the name of the med, she said "It's not one we prescribed, that's your problem, bye bye" and she hung up. REALLY? Give me a break!! That's NO way to speak to a patient. Kathy was the rudest person I have come across in a long LONG time. Dr. Cos, I wouldn't recommend you on your lack of visibility and on your employee, KATHY. However you are most fortunate to have one great young lady in Sarah.
