This doctor is amazing. He obviously cares about his patients and goes above and beyond in his care. He thoroughly examined me, listened to my concerns and took time to explain my diagnosis and prognosis. I am so grateful for him, I have recommended him to all my friends and family and am so blessed to have found this true gem of a person and a physician.

He rushed my appointment. He only spends 10 minutes and did not take time to listen to my concerns. I understand there is no right solution for this problem. I was having many questions in my mind to ask. He left to get something and never come back. His assistant is very nice though. He gave me medicine name. and recommend me for something that I can buy! I was dissappointed!

I saw Dr Gallegos for sinus issues I had been having. He tried a procedure in office and told me it was a success. Nothing had changed for me still the same issues. I had seen him twice after this complaining of pressure and pain on the right sinus and he continued to say it was fine and everything was fine. I left that day and went for two second opinions with other ENT doctors. Both told me I had a terrible sinus infection and in fact the procedure he did did not work at all and I need surgery to actually fix the issue I had. I wasted months of my time and money with this doctor and no results. Also very arrogant and poor bedside manor in general. Also make sure you are never a minute late as he will tell you he does not have time to work you in if you are a few minutes late. However after nearly ten visits there I sat in waiting room for 30 minutes then another 15 in back before ever seeing him.

I do not have enough words to say how thankful I am for this doctor. There was an issue with my scheduling and instead of turning me away, he told me he would see me. He didn't rush me or belittle my concerns. I had been to so many doctors and no one took my complaints seriously about my pulsatile tinnitus. This doctor actually listened to me and sent me for the test I needed. He answered all my questions and explained my diagnosis with kindness. You can tell he cares about his patients.

He was great! He really listen to my problems and was willing to take the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend him to anyone!
