I went to Doctor Hennepin due to a hip problem. He diagnosed me with a stress fracture, although no sign of one on imaging tests. After being put on crutches for 3 mos. with no improvement, he said he had no idea what was wrong. I got a second opinion on my own at Mayo Clinic. They knew immediately what was wrong—a torn labrum. After arthroscopic surgery, I was good as new.

My husband needed hip replacement surgery and is a large man. Some doctors refuse to do surgery if the patient is quite overweight. Dr. Henneghan kindly explained that though there is a slight risk increase in these instances, he was not concerned about my husband since he is in relatively good health. The surgery itself went excellent, as did the healing. The doctor even stopped in on a Sunday morning just to check how things were doing, and was at all in a hurry, even though he was in town for a family outing. My husband would highly recommend this doctor.

I am very pleased with the surgery Dr Henneghan performed on my wrist. I had an arthritic trapezium bone and it was removed and a ligament was restructured to preserve movement. There were weeks in a cast as normal. The 3 inch scar is hardly visible now and I have no more pain. Best therapy I could do was knitting afterwards.
