Dr. David Henry Zacheis

I found this doctor to be inpatient, no compassion and I felt like a commodity

I had made appointment to see Dr. Zachies because my previous ENT is too hard to get in to see. He was able to jump right in to help me with my chronic sinus issues and did more planning for me so that hopefully I will have less infections. Good experience.

I cannot speak highly enough to the thoughtful care and wonderful expertise shown by Dr. Zacheis in my parathyroid case. Thanks to him and the Valley ENT staff, I have been returned to excellent health.

Dr. Zacheis is arrogant and rude.I was supposed to see Dr. Gordon but got passed off to this moron.I will never do business again with Valley Ent.

I went in for one thing only. Wax Removal and was charged nearly 100 for that procedure where she actually tore my skin auctioning out the wax and then the Dr. entered looked in my ear and was not very pleasant and spent almost zero time with me and charged 140.00. In Colorado my audiologist will remove wax fore free and it never hurts and you can watch on a screen. I ended up paying 60 out of pocket. A huge rip off. This is the problem with our medical industry and why America ranks very low among other nations. I’ll never go back and no ENT is ever again going to “remove my wax”.

He’s more interested in how he’s going to be paid than in providing patient care.

I visited Dr. Zacheis at his Carondelet location. I was able to schedule appointment within a week. The staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived about 20 minutes early and the doctor actually saw me 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment...when does that ever happen? Dr. Zacheis is very knowledgeable, detailed and caring. He took the time not only to do a full examination but spent as much time as I needed discussing my treatment and options. This guy definitely knows his stuff. I moved here from California where you can die waiting weeks to see a doctor. A specialist, forget it. My experience with Dr. Zacheis and his staff was very refreshing. Highly recommended.

Not very happy with this appointment was a little rude and did some bad mouthing of the doctor that referred me to him. He kind of made me feel like I was more of a burden to him than someone he was trying to help

Very quick and easy appt. No wait in waiting room!. How often do you get that? The doctor has a very witty, dry sense of humor that I enjoyed. He diagnosed and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Not much else to say
