Dr. David Lynn Hurt, MD

Front desk staff need customer service training - very unfriendly. Not even a hello upon approach to the very impressively designed front desk. They just say 'please sign in and have a seat.' Wow. Dr Hurts bedside manner not much better. Rushed appt, botched skin biopsy. Will never return.

I did not like Dr. Hurt. He came in the exam room and asked what I was in for and I told him that I wanted him to look at a mole. He did and without talking to me, he did a biopsy on the mole and two others and basically walked out of the room. Poor bed side manners. I will never go to him again!

I was very happy with Dr. Hurt and his MA. The front office staff was very rude and unfriendly both during check-in and out. Definitely making me consider going to another office.

I went to see Dr. Hurt to remove a couple of cysts and discuss recent hairloss.He did okay with removing the cysts, but he never told me that I would have a lot of swelling, or really what to expect after the operation. My eyes nearly swelled shut. He didn't see me for the follow up appointment, but had his MA see me.I think if I were getting high end cosmetic procedures done, he would be good. But for basic care of skin/scalp issues, I feel as though he doesn't want to waste his time.Bedside manner is poor.Some of the front office ladies are very nice but there are a couple of them who I try to avoid because they are so unfriendly.
