Dr Josephson is an exceptional urologist. He has cared for many members of my family over the last 20 years. , and has actually saved their lives. He is kind and generous and We are very lucky to have him in Los Angeles - Great Staff I highly recommend Dr David Josephson at Tower Urology.

My prostate biopsy with Dr. Josephson was so much better than an earlier one with a different doctor in which there was a huge amount of blood for several days afterwards. Somehow, Dr. Josephson was able to do the biopsy with just one small spot of residual blood. I was amazed. He is known for saving tissue when he does procedures, and this was an example of his technical skill. Another thing I liked was that his group, Tower Urology, has their own surgery facility in the same building with their offices. So there was no need to be in a hospital. I am very particular about medical people. I did a lot of research and listened to a friend who had a prostatectomy with Dr. Josephson. Really glad to have to have found this guy to take care of my urological health.

Was Sent To Dr Josephson From My Main Doctor To Have Prostate Robotic Surgery From The First Appointment I Felt Very Comfortable He Walked Me Through The Whole Procedure Witch Eased My Mind Was In The Hospital For 2 Days After He Came To See How I Was Doing. The After Care Was Excellent All Test Were Done In The Office Not Only Was He Checking For Cancer But Also All Other Blood Test Found Out I Had Diabetes. The Pain From The Surgery Was Minimal Would Tell Anybody Having Robotic Surgery To Call Dr Josephson. Have Great Days Thanks

Based on a friend's recommendation I consulted Dr. Josephson in relation to my 6 months previously diagnosed aggressive Gleason score malignant prostate cancer. Based on a full-body bone scan he ordered, Dr. Josephson said that I the cancer had spread to my skull and shoulder. Period. He did not recommend additional tests or scans to confirm. I was devastated. When I left his office I was reminded by the cashier to write a comment for review. My original urologist, who himself had recommended I get a second opinion for future treatment, was skeptical of this bone cancer diagnosis explaining that it is very unusual for prostate cancer to spread to those locations so quickly. He ordered subsequent examinations, CT scan of skull and and MRI of the shoulder. Those confirmed the skull and shoulder were not cancerous at all. It is now five months later and the treatment I've undergone is controlling the cancer and minimizing the symptoms. I feel Dr. Josephson's diagnosis and… actions were insensitive and unprofessional. His statements created an unnecessary agonizing for me.

This is a great doctor who saved my moms life

I was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. I saw Dr. Davidson for a second opinion and he confirmed the diagnosis. He specializes in robotic surgery and is an incredible surgeon. Although the robotic surgical machines are in short supply, he was able to schedule surgery for me very promptly. He was able to save most of my kidney while removing the cancerous tumor . He went above and beyond to help me. I am forever in his debt. He always calls back and is available to answer any questions I had. In fact, after the surgery, he spent quite some time with my family explaining how the surgery went and answered all their questions. I wish all doctors had his compassion and dedication! I am so glad that I chose him for my surgery...

Dr. Josephson is a phenominal doctor. He is my husbands Urologist. My husband has had numerous treatments and surgeries by Dr. Josephson. Each time Dr. Josephson comes out before and after surgery to give me a full report of how it will go and has gone. He even takes the time to answer my questions via email when I have questions and concerns. I feel my husband gets the best possible care under Dr. Josephson. I would recommend him highly.

Four years ago I had robotic surgery at city of hope, with great results. Dr. J. Gets 5 stars for his excellent patient care. I would highly recommend him.
