Stay away! After 2 years of visits I was turned away (by the office staff) saying I was not welcome to the practice anymore. This was all due to the fact that I complained to the billing office about my double billing. It seems that the office staff is in charge of this practice and not the doctors. Hard to have respect for a doctor that the staff claims approved this decision. There have been bad reviews for years but seems like they don’t care enough to correct their mistakes. There are plenty of qualified ENT’s out there, just frustrating to have to start all over with a new doctor.

Excellent caring physician. Knowledgeable, complete, explains well. Office (like most doc offices these days) doesn't run perfectly, but they try hard and everyone very helpful and professional.

Wonderful practice. THey are super busy but do a great job handling that. He is accurate in his diagnosis and a taleneted surgeon. Runs a non-profit for hearing loss with camps in the mountains for kids and annual mission trips to thrid world countries. Class act all the way around!

Been throwing up for months after cochlear surgery because of dizziness. He doesn't think it is an issue because in his mind surgery did not caused this. Appointments are a nightmare never know if you are going to be on the books or not.

The staff was a complete mess handling an appointment, they were unable to request prior records in a timely manner so cancelled first appointment, they requested again and told us would let us know if second appointment was going to happen, no communication and now they say we missed appointment and Dr. will not see us. Wow what a way to be treated.

This Dr is amazing! He performed my ear surgery and my sister, both of us born with this bone issue causing hearing loss. Surgery was with great results and his bedside manor is so good. I would recommend him every day of the week and twice on Sunday if you have hearing loss.

This doctor did not listen to a word I said. Prescribed medication that made me seriously ill and then acted like he didn't believe what I was telling him. All Meniere's disease patients respond differently to different treatments. You don't have to always go by the book.
