Dr. David Edward Marshburn, DO

Went to Dr. David Marshburn a few years ago and wrote a one star review that never made it onto the website. I will never go back due to his bad attitude, impatience to answer any of my questions, and horrible 'bedside manner'. I was not happy with the outcome of my eye surgery and I let him know I would never be back.

A man who is so pompous! Do not like the man at all.

Marshburn does not develop a relationship with his patients. For something as simple s seasonal flareup I needed eye drops for which he had previously diagnosed and provided a prescription but I hadn't filled. Now that I need it he refused to send it to the pharmacy until I come back in. If you are that hard up for a co-pay I would send you the cash to call in the prescription you had already given me. He also would get on the phone to talk to me, but Instead I was left with the front office dim wits who gave me canned answers and out right lies. A doctor should develop a trusting relationship with their patients, be there when needed and offer patient care that goes above collecting co-pays.

Extremely cold bedside manner...seems to not like to be questioned. a skilled doctor.
