I know that Dr.Navid is very knowledgeable and gave me the basic info and care I needed. He was professional and kind, but I feel like it would be nice to have him ask if I have any questions and take a couple of minutes to have a conversation about my questions or concerns. I felt like I could ask them, but it was such a short window of time for that, so if I wasn't ready to ask a question right then, I lost the chance to. The nursing staff was kind and attentive and open to questions, but they were very short with their responses.I feel like both the doctor and nursing staff simply asking "Do you have any questions?" would go a long way.
