Dr. David Ryan Ormond, MD

My experience with Dr. Ormond, and his staff, was great. At my first visit, we went through all of my symptoms and he told me what he believed was caused by my brain tumor and why, and what symptoms he did not think were caused by the tumor. He showed me my tumor on the MRI and explained the pathology of the tumor in detail. He went over all treatment options with me in detail as well, what watching and waiting would look like, what endoscopic resection would look like during the surgery and after the surgery as well as what to expect during recovery, as well as what a craniotomy would look like, including during and after surgery and recovery. I just had my postoperative visit and reviewed my MRI which was clear of the tumor thanks to him and his wonderful staff! He showed me where he went in during surgery, where the tumor used to be and where there is no tumor now. I felt very confident with him and would absolutely recommend him. Not to mention, his NP Marci is fabulous and very… knowledgeable as well.

My husband broke his back in 2015 and was sent to University for evaluation and then surgery with Dr Ormond. He was great!. He was professional, answered any questions I had and was very caring for his patients.thank you Dr Ormond..
