Dr. David Charles Perry, MD

Rude, arrogant and questionable skill set. Incompetent office staff who engage in unethical billing practices. Drive to Miami and avoid this man and the practice.

Was fabulous, had great bedside manor and got right to the point. No gimmicks to keep coming back like most, just did exactly the best and he really knows his he is doing!

Dr Perry, walked in and said tersely, what are you here for? Did not introduce himself nor addressed me by name. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor. I had my doctor send the results of an mri on my foot and he said I don't do feet and did not even look at the email. I just wanted an opinion.

Dr Perry was so rude to me. He said his only job is to see if I need surgery or not. I have never been treated so bad by a doctor. He does not know how to talk to patients.

My experience with Dr.Perry was awesome! He took a plate out of my shin bone..and took care of my broken knee with absolute tender care and minimal pain! He really is an excellent Dr. Surgeon..Anyone needing treatment sjould feel at ease coming to ti him..youre in good..very capable hands!!

Went for a initial consultation to discuss RCT, brought my MRI report. He recommended repair surgery. I almost agreed to it. But I quickly changed my mind, when I was given a prescription for OxyCotin (28 pills) three weeks before surgery would be scheduled. This drug prescribed without medical clearance as most anesthiologists require before giving any pain/surgery meds. Dr. Perry instructed me go home and break one pill in half and "Try it" to see how I would tolerate it. WHAT? TO note, I have full range of motion and told him I wasn't in constant pain just with certain movements. The office was quiet surprised when I returned to his office and handed back his prescription. Buyer beware- is all I have to say.

Surgery performed on lower forearm/wrist area was excellent. However, post-surgery office visits were uncomfortable if not difficult. He is not a people person and communication is very one-sided. If you smoke, don't request this doctor.

Wasn't encouraged to alert him to my current many health & pain issues. I felt like I was annoying him and everything I said he argued.

I would like to Thank Dr. Perry & his great staff for taking care of me. I hurt myself during our family vacation and the hotel recommended I call Key West Orthopedics. I got an appt that day and had great care by Dr. Perry. Thanks again for saving my vacation!!!

I was hesitant to have orthopedic surgery performed in Key West since my home is in Ohio most of the year. However time was critical so I went to see Dr Perry. Dr Perry did an excellent job. He gave me an appointment within a week, evaluated the problem with the latest technology, explained the situation to me in clear terms and completed the surgery seven days after I requested it. I give Dr Perry my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to have him perform surgery on me in the future.
