I received excellent care today

Phone calls are not returned in a timely fashion. Appointments are overbooked. If I had not insisted in re-examination of a questionable site it would have been delayed until my six month follow-up. It diagnosed as basal cell carcinoma on my nose. I was referred to a Dermatology Surgeon who was excellent. If I had waited another six months I probably would have lost part of my nose. As it was the surgery was very extensive, but successful. At least I was referred to a knowledgeable doctor.

This office has a front desk & other staff who are routinely rude & unprofessional with even their longtime patients. You can either never get a phone call answered or if you leave a message I believe they must just throw it away! You’ll pretty much never get your call returned by anyone, not even by the front desk, no matter how important it is. The wait time is always over an hour no matter how many months in advance you’ve made your appointment. This practice is VERY POORLY RUN by the Drs in charge. They don’t seem to care in the least about running a professional practice for their patients.
