I been there with my dad few times, he is always running late. We are taken in hours after our scheduled time. Not a good experience especially when you schedule your self for an 8:30 appointment.

An hour past our scheduled time and there are still 5 paitents ahead of us at Broomall location. No one even had the courtesy of updating that they are running 2 hours or so behind. Should value patients time and whats the point of having an appointment?

I am continent with an artificial urinary sphincter because of the great care I have gotten from Dr. Raezer. Other members of my family have also gone to him, at my recommendation, and found him thorough, knowledgeable and caring. The wait is sometimes long, but worth it. He gives his full attention to the patient and doesn't rush you.
