David Michael Rizzo, DO

This Doctor is part of the MDVIP network and in my humble opinion is a terrible doctor with greed as his main driver. His only interest is to make sure he charges you but he has no interest in your health and well-being. It's no wonder he's one of the few doctors who is accepting new patients in Sarasota after being in practice for so long.

Dr Rizzo is by far the best Dr I’ve ever had in my entire life! You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to all of your concerns, thinks outside the box and easily explains things to educate you about your health. You can usually expect a long wait at the office but once you see him he will spend as much time with you as needed. The saying is Good things come to those who wait. You want quality care and that’s what you will receive from Dr Rizzo!

My family just loves this Dr., yes you will wait a little longer than most drs. However, how many of us wushed our drs were more caring and personable and takes a few extra minutes with you? He is a dr. who really listens to you, doesn't just give you pills but, finds other ways to help you first If you want a old fashion, loves his patients, would be there for you, really listens to you kind of dr. he is your man. The wait is worth you finding someone like him. We come from Port Charlotte so that should mean something.

Dr. Rizzo is the kind of Physician everyone should want. He listens very closely to what ever you say and his explanations are in terms that are easily understood. He is always willing to spend the time needed for your health needs. He never looks at his watch. Extremely happy.

Dr. Rizzo is an awesome doctor! He jokes at times, but when it's something he gets serious. He showed complete empathy when I told him my mom died back in April. He said if he needs to increase my depression medicine, or add something for sleep he'll do it. At the last visit he got serious to tell my results to my MRI which shows 2 pitched nerves in my shoulder. He ordered something for. I recommend adults to see him!

Dr. Rizzo has an awesome job every time I see. He's shown support for the past 7 weeks & 2 days from losing my mom. He's done what he can do. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a new doctor.

This is an awesome doctor! He listens & helps to get to the bottom of the situation.

This was the 1st appointment, & I'm happy with this doctor. After telling him about my health history, he wasn't happy about how I was treated by my prior primary doctor. The former doctor has done nothing. Dr. Rizzo agree with me. He said it's time to do something else to figure this out with my wrist I hurt back in October. I'm glad I seen him.
