He diagnosed that main caused of eyesight issues was severe astigmatism on top of moderate cataracts in both eyes. I have lens implants now and only need reading glasses for text that is super small.

The wait time for each appointment was well over an hour to up to two hours. I can understand that happening once or twice but the staff as well as the doctor did not seem phased by the wait. I find this to just be rude.

I was going blind from cataracts. I am deeply grateful I was referred to him. I now see 20/20. What more can I say. He made it all so easy. Thank you doctor for saving my eyesight.

Great doctor! Has been treating my family for four generations.

Dr. Sacks is a bit gruff, but he did both of my cataract surgeries, and I would never trust anyone else with these eyes! He also took care of two cysts I had on my eyelids. He is absolutely the best opthamologist in the field.

Been seeing this doctor for years. Received a card reminding me to make an appointment for annual check. Called office, told them I was an existing patient. She ask me who reffered me...It went down hill from there..it seems their computers can not tell the difference between a new patient and a one that has been coming for years. Finally agreed to give me the appointment.Showed up for the appointment. Four people working behinde the counter at 7:45 am. Was made to wait ~10 minutes.I was the n asked for my medical insurance card. I explained that I was there for a routine vision exam, not a medical problem. Discussion went down hill..I left w/o seeing the doctor. Clearly they have no ability to interact in a positive manner with people. Polite, but self-important and can't be bothered to listen.

I have been seeing Dr Sacks for over thirty years. I trust him completely with my eyes. I only wish I had him again in Texas where I have moved.

Dr. Sacks has the worst bedside manner of any Dr. I've meet. He may be good at diagnosing a patient but he has no compassion what so ever.
