Dr. David Garry Steiner, MD

The level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of compassion displayed during this appointment was deeply disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and understanding shown toward both the patient and those advocating on their behalf. SPECIFICALLY OPERATIONS MANAGER VERONICA AND MALE  TECH ANAFOLLY It is not okay to treat the I/DD community with such disregard and disrespect. Individuals within this community face challenges that many of us could never fully imagine or understand. They deserve patience, dignity, compassion, and proper care at all times.  The world would be a far better place if more empathy and humanity were shown toward those who often cannot fully advocate or speak up for themselves. Experiences like this are not only discouraging, but harmful to a community that already faces enough obstacles daily. I truly hope this office reflects on how patients and their families are treated moving forward.

Dr Steiner is a good doctor. I saw him for post concussion symptoms. He was able to answer all my questions. He wanted more tests done so I had one done at his office same day. I was told to coming back for more testing and follow up. When I made an appointment for follow, I realized after they put me with NP. I called the office and asked them if I can be put with the doctor and they said he doesn't do follow ups. I told them I no longer want to come to this practice.

Dr Steiner is an ok doctor. He ran a lot tests. Just beware the office doesn't call you for any results including MRI. You have to follow up and it can be a few weeks. If you want to do MRI at another place, they will say yes but give you a hard time. When you follow up you see NP not Dr Steiner unless you ask for him specific. Otherwise you are told he doesn't have room for follow ups in his schedule.

Do not use this office. They make you wait a month for MRI results. They won't call you over the phone for results. You have to follow up for each test. When you follow up , you see NP not the doctor. She had no clue what she was saying. Needed another MRI and they want you do it at their office and wait 3 weeks. Then come back another week for results. I told them I want to do it another place. They said ok they will send in the script. They never sent it.

Dr Steiner is an ok doctor. Came for post concussion headaches, fatigue and imbalance. I described the issues I am having . He wrote it down. Asked questions. Sent me for some tests. Just not happy he sent in 4 medications that isn't for headaches without telling me

Listened very well and was very attentive

I've been a patient for years and not once I had to wait no more than 10 minutes. Everyone including the doctors and staff has been patient, concerning, and helpful to all my medical needs. No matter how bad you are hurting they will find out exacting what's causing it. Everyone is here are excellent and goes beyond there medical profession.

Excellent service, was very satisfied with my visit! The doctors are nice and make you feel comfortable. He's very honest and thorough & cares about your health. Will recommend this neurologist anytime!!!

Excellent first visit! Doctor listened and examined me very patiently and thoroughly which is what I look for in an md. Staff was very welcoming and warm! I have found my forever doctor!

Wonderful doctor!! He doesn’t just prescribe “meds” he gives answers! And if he doesn’t have all the answers, he will give information of other resources that do! The staff was amazing and very friendly ! I will recommend this neurologist to family and friends! He cares about his patients health!!
