Dr. David Guy Surdyka, MD

Excellent doctor. Did a knee replacement on my right leg. Need my left knee done and want him to do it but he no longer takes medi-cal and medi-care. Was sent to hanford but canceled my surgery because the Dr there is nuts. I want Dr surdyka again and don't know what to do.

This doctor was the rudest meanest doctor that I have ever seen. I have had surgery on both my knees from other doctors. This doctor told me I was fat and that was what was wrong with my knee. This doctor did not even read my MRI results or look at the MRI disk. So very disappointed. I would not recommend to my enemy. Staff was very apologetic for the doctors behavior.

Very rude while in a room berated me to staff an other patients in lobby where I could here I would recommend him to no one very rude an unproffensional

I would highly reccomend Dr. Surdyka to anyone. He spends times with you, he doesn't rush out after 5 mins like other doctors. He explains everything to you in a very professional way with great medical terminology and if you don't understand he breaks it down to you in a way where you do understand what he's saying. He gives you his honest opinion and his staff is very friendly and tries to help you out the best they can.

felt like a cow herd you in herd you out, Fees for paperwork that I was not aware of and then it took over 10 business days to get it back,(we still dont have it )When interacting with the snotty front desk all we got were excuses that the Dr was very busy working , They get you in fast but then it is a nightmare after that! Sad that Dr look at patients as cash cows.

He was my doctor for an emergency surgery repair on my left hand. He was very professional and straight forward from the beginning. His skill was outstanding. Due to conflict with my insurance I could not go back.
