Dr. Tsong approaches a patient's health from an informative perspective. He makes sure you understand what he is saying and uses examples (like a can of soup) to point out information like how many servings per container, how many grams of fat and so on. He has blood work conducted to make sure he has both before and after data points after providing a prescription. Lastly, he is a great listener and asks probing questions to get the whole health story.
