Appt scheduled at 2:30 and waited 2 hours and 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. Only reason we stayed is lack of options in shreveport.

I absolutely loved the care I received from Dr. Vandermolen and his NP Melisa Dean. They are truly professional, educated and caring individuals. I truly felt at least with my appointments and all of my questions were answered.. however with that being said his office staff is by far the rudest I have encountered. They rarely return messages and when I do speak to someone its short and with an ugly tone. It's frustrating for someone who is going through infertility because that alone is enough stress and heartache. If you are able to overlook the office employees bad attitudes , then I would highly recommend him.

4 beautiful children!! Best appointment I ever made after 18 1/2 years of trying, over 13 losses I quit counting after that.

This has got to be the most concerned and hardest working doc I've ever used. The wait is long but since he works around our cycles it's not really his fault.

Im new to the Shreveport area and needed to find a fertility clinic with respected and knowledgeable physicians. Im happy to say that Dr. Vandermolen, from the three visits Ive had so far, is one of those doctors that just knows his stuff. Im sorry to have read the review before me, but I don't think its a fair representation of his abilities. And actually because I found him to be so kind and straight to the point, I wanted to write this review to emphasize my gratitude. Its unfortunate not enough people take a minute to point out when they've had an exceptional experience with a business. Usually its only for the negatives. But Id like to reassure whoever is reading this review, Dr Vandermolen has experience under his belt. Share your concerns, and he'll give you all the statistical data to support his stance; while listening to you. I have high hopes continuing my treatment with him.

My girl is now 1 year old, without a help and cares from Dr Vandermolen we would not be here today. He always cared and conveyed interest in me and my health. He would tell me both good and bad options as alternative and complementary choices, not just good one where he was doing so I trusted him. The staffs were very nice and worked with my doctor as a good team. You need to have good faith and think positively, your baby will be on her way.
