Very patient and willing to listen to patient issues, even with issues not apparent to the usual tests and images. Nerve issues don’t always show true severity in a scan, and having a professional willing to understand that is hard to find. Dr. Vecchione is a rare gem in this field.

My lower back has been a wreck for several years causing worse back and leg pain until I decided to have surgery with Dr. Vecchione at Florida Orthopaedic Specialists. I couldn’t be happier with the result and feel excited that I can get back to my regular life pain free.

Dr. Vecchione was able to replace my hip using minimally invasive surgery from an anterior approach, rather than the old way using posterior approach. I was walking the same day as surgery and went home shortly thereafter.

Dr. Vecchione fused two levels in my cervical spinal for shooting pain and weakness in my arms. And I haven’t noticed much loss in my neck motion despite undergoing a fusion but my arms and hands are stronger and without pain or numbness.
