It was a first time visit to Dr Walters. I had what I thought was ear infections. There was a bit of a wait to see him, but once I did, he was very thorough, had several tests run to narrow down the issue. His tech was very helpful as well. All of his staff were very friendly.

I have been to several ENT's in the last decade & Dr. Walters was by far the best. His bedside manner & knowledge was very impressive. It is rare that doctors show as much concern as he does. I would recommend him to anyone.

Instead of having a nurse call with lab results, he personally called. Very rare these days.

I was in a rough situation last weekend with a posterior nosebleed that wouldn't stop. I was in Cullman but am from Birmingham. ER at Cullman Hosp.got it stopped and called Dr. Walters in from Bham. He was very helpful, explained my situation clearly and made arrangements to get me to BHAM for futher follow up. I was very thankful for his help.
