Dr. David Glenn Waterman, MD

Our family of five went to Dr. Waterman for the first time for eye exams. We had three different appointments for five people. We paid up front for the deductible (as expected) for everyone except apparently one child. So we received a bill a few months later for that child. I called and an employee said we had been overcharged so they gave us a discount. We received another bill for the original amount so I called again because we thought we had already paid, and an employee looked up our account and said we had a balance of 0 and there was nothing for us to pay. A few months later we receive a collections notice saying we owed the whole amount with an added $25 fee. I called Dr. Waterman's office again and was told it was out of their hands. They told me I had to contact the collection agency and pay the higher amount. After hours trying to sort this out and Dr. Waterman's staff without any explanation and not seeming to care, we won't be back again.

I love this doctor. He is the very best. You should use him.
