Wow! a doctor that actually listens to his patients, and explains my diagnosis in terms I can understand! I will definitely be coming back and tell all my friends and family if they need an ENT.

Dr.Webb I believe is one of the most caring and concerned doctors around. He listens and then speaks .He has always tried to really connect with his patients Has a very good bed side manner and would recommend him anytime

I went in to find out if surgery could help my progressive ear disease. The doctor told me he could not tell me until the hearing test was done and part of the equipment was broken down. This is understandable because these kinds of things happen. However, a person tried to sell me hearing aids right away, even before the rest of the hearing test was conducted. I felt uncomfortable because I came in over medical concerns, not to buy hearing aids, which I already have. I came in a week later for the rest of the test and then awaited a diagnosis for several weeks before calling. I thought the doctor would follow up by calling or writing a letter. The staff stated I would have to come back in and pay again to receive a diagnosis. Again, I was told they recommended hearing aids (they were informed several times that I already have them). The insurance has paid, and I have never heard back from the doctor and still awaiting a call or letter. I have not had my question answered in regard… to the reason I went in to begin with.

I went to several ENT's throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Area with several failed misdiagnosis and many countless office visits, I was beyond frustrated and decided to try the local ENT in Ellis County. My first office visit, he diagnosed the problem immediately and I am beginning the proper treatment this coming week with conditions already improving because of the right medication and diagnosis. This is my first review I've ever taken the time and wrote for a doctor, but I can't tell you how happy I am to finally have some relief thanks to Dr. Webb.
