Dr. David Patrick Williams, DO

I have had 4 hand surgeries , he always explained everything he could do to help me , never has he promise outcomes that he could not guarantee. Without him I would not have proper use of my hands. And on top of all his surgeon skills he is a kind and caring surgeon, doctor - person. And his scheduling staff ( Bob) is just a wonderful guy!!!!

My daughter was referred to Dr. Williams for a broken wrist that has already been reduced. Told her the only option was surgery. He refused to answer questions regarding the surgery. Told my daughter the scheduling nurse would answer them. WHAT?!? You are the doctor doing the surgery, and you won’t answer questions?? Would not put her in a cast (even though she asked because her splint was getting uncomfortable.) I had two other orthopedic surgeons look at her x rays and tell me casting is an option for her instead of pins and plates right away. I am an RN and would not recommend him. Get a second opinion.

Dr. Williams is a very nice doctor however he failed to treat a serious infection which, over a year from initial surgery, we are now at UPMC having major surgery to correct.

This doctor has given me care since my return from the Iraq War. He is one of the best out there. He is my hero

he is a great dr,, answers all my questions,, but as per usual, most dr offices have long waits in the waiting room, the staff is great, especially bob the scheduler. i feel totally comfortable with him, and feel at ease. good rapport with everyone. makes me feel at ease.
