Dr. David Thomas Zitner, MD

I went to you for approximately 10 sprained ankles. Not once did you recommend physical therapy or any type of treatment to help prevent further injuries. I ended up needing 2 surgeries, one for each ankle and now I am suicidal/depressed because of your incompetence. So thanks for that.

Not a friendly person,he is nothing but business. I just visited him 2 days ago,waist ed 2 hours. I had my MRI report, he wanted to take an X-Ray. I don't understand what kind of information he could get from X-ray compared to MRI report. I am not in medical field but I don't think X-ray is more informative than MRI. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I think the only reason for the X-ray was to make money. So I told the nurse let me see him first. They made me sit there another half hour. Then he came to the room all mad, start attacking me with questions,don't even give me a chance to talk. If you looking for a good orthopedic doctor Dr. Zitner is not the person.

Seen him several times, probably the worst times of my life. He has a horrible attitude without any real patience. He seems unable to deal with people who have injuries that reduce their ability to communicate properly or think. Yet he attacks them, gives them no chance to speak or even examine properly. He will say that he don't believe, claim are a liar, can't get hurt in that manner. He seems to think he knows it all but don't have a real clue. He isn't a private investigator but thinks he can reconstruct accidents he wasn't involved in. He fails to read the police report, claims constantly he don't believe statements easy to validate. Doctors like him are leading to people suffering. He refuses to write down problems with drugs if he don't agree with the side effects. He makes decisions that a person in his position isn't qualified or able to make. His conclusions seem to be based on preconceived views based on how a patient might look or other trivial factors. Male… patients would be best to avoid him, since he lacks compassion for any. I personally feel like I was taken advantage of after suffering head trauma in a car accident. Then in the follow up it was clear that he has some sorta issue personally preventing him to treat properly. He refused to acknowledge or listen to any of my problems. Tried to tell me that having painful muscle spasms 24/7 isn't related to accident claiming already had it? I don't know any who could endure this kind of situation without some doctor already documenting it. Neurologist claims I'm fine but he tries to blame this on anxiety or nerves? How could my muscles spams 24/7 even when relaxed/sleeping if that was true? Doing physical therapy the weakest bands started to set off the condition badly in my arms. My neck/back/shoulders area was hurt in the accident which is the likely cause of my current issues. Even when talking about possible injections into my body he don't listen to the patient's concerns or wishes. On every level he is making decisions on treating his way without any care for the patient. He asks noting about health/diet to even make a clear view. Here I am in agony while he is laughing relaxing at home enjoying life.

Dr. Zitner is smart and I feel he saved my brother's life!!!

When I went they did a great job squeezing in an appointment ( in 10 min. they booked me an appointment) they did xrays and after told me what I could and couldn't do then they gave me a boot. He's a great orthopedic. ( He works with other people.)

Dr Zitner is all business. He's not the friendliest guy in the world but that's not why I'm there. The staff could be more friendly and pay more attention to the task at hand instead of what is going on around them. The wait was long, Doctors usually set their schedule to make the most of their time without regard to the patients time. The bottom line is Dr. Zitner gets the job done and is conscientious and follows his cases closely.
