My first encounter with Dr. Kostov was a little over five years ago. I had ruptured disc that prevented me from walking and only option was surgery. Now, in 2001 while I was towards the end of a twenty year military career I had my first surgery and Dr. Kostov recognized through MRI that he could take better care in making me better and walking the day after surgery. To my surprise it worked( considering my first took 3 days). In 2015 I experienced the same problem but different location, the very low back area and once again Dr. Kostov to the rescue. Now here in 2018 a month ago I needed neck surgery, Dr Kostov was my only choice, considering I was going to move to Florida, I stop this trip because there was only one person that came to mind for the job. My family and I truly love and admire the care Dr. Kostov has done for me. I was facing paralysis in all three events and Dr. Kostov prevented that. He will always have a place in my heart as well as all of my family. His staff… Michelle, Vince and all of the nurses who cared for me at Riverside hospital, I thank you for your kind generosity and hospitality. God's blessing to you all.

Was very impressed with Dr. Kostov regarding his manner, concern with condition and with his personality.

Dr. Kostov was compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time. We never felt rushed and all questions were answered to the level of medical knowledge each person possessed. We can only comment on the inpatient SICU aspect as the prognosis for our loved one was critically fatal, however I can't imagine anyone handling the situation better.

Great surgeon, surrounded by a great staff. His intervention, and surgery turned my life around. I went from being homebound and very little activity, to a active new life. Thank you all so much without his and his keen staff this would never had been possible.
