Dr. Dean B Ngo

Busy office because most patients who come here stay with Dr. Dean Ngo's office is definitely very busy but his staff work well as a team and keep things moving. They also make sure he grts his message if you ask him to call. Dr. Ngo listens well, is compassionate, empapthetic, and has his patients' best interest at heart. He is one of those few Dr.s who will make time to visit his patients when they cannot come into the office and will make arrangements to provide for his patient's needs.

Not sure how doctors and employees wash their hands in this office. There is no soap in the bathroom whenever I come here there won't be any soap at all.

Recently my mother in law was in the hospital. This doctor made his round to see her and he wanted to do a procedure to suck liquid out of her lung for testing. One of the family member refuse to do the procedure and he got very upset. This doctor know if her heart stop not to put her on any machine. The family member has already signed a DNR !!!!!! This doctor still called the nurse after he left the hospital to instruct them to immediately take her to ICU and put her on machine which the family had already sign the DNR !!! The family had to go to the nurse station on speakerphone so another nurse can witness the call. This doctor should have his license taken away for not following protocol. Also when this doctor visit my mother in law in her room he is only there for a short time and does not explain to the family the situation of her illness.

My dad has Bennett seeing this doctor for years. This doctor is so rude and his office staff as well. This doctor does not care for his patient.

I believe that doctor should spend time with patients and family members to explain medical condition. But my understanding that this physician does not take time to answer any question about medical condition for my mother in law while she was in the hospital. All this physician physician want to do is precribe antibiotic and do procedure so he can make money.

This doctor is one the worst one I have seen in a long time. He needs to have more patient care and be more informative with patients and family so they can understand what they have. His real rating is half star.

My mother in law was in the hospital. This doctor came in to m@make his rounds and his visit was very short. He does not answer any question to the family. He order other work to be done to my mother in law and the family refuse. He got pretty upset. I don't know how this doctor got his license.

This physician is so bad he only deserve a half star. He does not care for patients and is rude. He has nor patient care. His staff gave us his cell phone and when you call he yell at you.

My mother in law has been seeing this doctor for years. He does not spend time at office visit to discuss the diagnosis. He has absolutely no patient care. All this physician does is make his rounds at hospital to put notes so he can collect money. He spends no more than 5 minutes when he visits his patient. This doctor should not have a MD license and should not be called a physician. Honestly I would not even trust him to take care of my dogs.

This doctor is the worst physician I have ever seen. He does not care for his patients. He just makes round to at hospital to see patients to collect money. He should be rated at a half star.
