I had one spinal surgery and need 2 more and while the PA managed my pain she refuses to do so. Currently she writes me 1 tablet of 500mg Vicodan a day which is what your dentist gives for an extraction leaving me in discomfort for a whopping 4 hrs then 20 hours a day of agony. She does not listen and I am shocked that such incompetence is tolerated at NYSI. I am changing Drs to one who cares about her patients. Dr. Mottahedeh cares only about herself

Dr. Mottahedeh was extremely professional and courteous. She spent time reviewing my chart and came up with a treatment plan that rid me of back pain that I struggled with for many years.

Dr Mottahede is a sweetheart and I will always hold her in high regard for the incredible task of fixing myself and healing my neck and mind she is someone I look up too a real inspuration my , hero. She is my hero and a true sister.I love you Dr mottahedeh I have my life back again!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Mottahedeh was absolutely fantastic!Dr. Mottahedeh was both intelligent and friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable. She spent a lot of time with me, going over all of my possible treatment options and helping me to understand the roots of my back issues.I would highly recommed Dr. Mottahedeh to anyone looking for a capable and compassionate doctor.
