Nicest Doctor. Very knowledgeable. Showed us a lot of concern.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Friedlander’s for a couple of years now. At my daughter’s suggestion, she is a nurse in NY, I called Dr. FriedLander unfortunately it was after hours, but I was in a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder from working on the computer for too many hours without getting up. I didn’t want to go to the hospital or to an urgent care because of the Covid situation. Dr. Friedlander had so little compassion that even though she wanted to make an appointment for the next day she would still not give me even a prescription for lidocaine or a Cortizone until after she saw me tomorrow. She actually said that since I tolerated the pain this long one more night would not make any difference I hoped to get some relief to get some sleep tonight as the pain has been excruciating. I ended up going to a local urgent care. Shame on Dr. Friedlander who obviously has very little concern about her patients well-being a physical distress. Of course I will never see her again.

Apparently, ,scheduling appointments doesn't coincide with doctor's time allocated with patients. My wife a I had a 10:15 and 10:45 appontment respectively. We waited 1 1/2 hours for the Doctor. My wife sitting on her wheelchair with no one caring about her discomfort. Office staff,while sympathetic accepts this as an every day occurrence . Sad way to manage an office . We left before seeing the Doctor . I can assure that I am not one of those disgruntled people who is never satisfied. The opposite is true.

Does not care about sentiments of patients, and or family members such as spouses. When my wife died, after several years of being her patient, she never stopped or called to express her sympathy.

It is with pleasure that we write to you and tell you about Dr. Deborah Friedlander and her competent office Staff. Dr. Friedlander & her Staff deserve to be commended. Firstly, her office is immaculate. Her Staff is very accomodating whether you are a new patient or a patient who has been with Dr. Friedlander for quite some time. Each member of her Staff is the perfect person for the job each holds. Dr. Friedlander is an individual who treats each patient as if they are a member of her Family. She is an Excellent diagnostician & her examinations are extremely thorough. She analyzes a patien't needs only after weighting all of the facts prior to suggesting any medication. She is an excellent listener. Regarding her Staff members, Ms. Diana, Ms. Meka, & Ms. Stephanie, go the extra mile or two to treat each patient with the most respect & dignity. If anyone would requst that we use adjectives to describe Dr. Friedlander & her Staff, here is how we would respond: Each is intelligent,… considerate, compassionate, extremely warm & friendly, dedicated, and true Professionals in every sense of the word. Dr.Friedlander is the best doctor I have meet. She is so knowledgable there is a wait time because they fit anyone who really needs to see the doctor. The wait time is worth it. The staff is very helpful and kind.

She has been much more to me than just a doctor. She has been my supporter, friend, and angel in disguise.

My mother has been with the good doctor for approximately 6 years. Doctor is very supportive and works well explaining things to older patients.
