Dr. Deborah Jo Sauder, MD

When reviewing Dr. Deborah Sauders medical note of our visit, I noticed several inaccurate comments. I requested a change in provider due to her written comments and was told I would be receiving a discharge from her clinic and no other providers were available. I was stunned, then I was also told by the operations coordinator that it must be a conflict of interesting seeing the Veterans Administration and private physician, seriously. All I asked for was a new provider due to Dr. Sauders inaccurate assumptions without any knowledge or medical evidence. Having worked in the medical field for over 25 years, it quite evident that providers should not make assumptions, but should require medical evidence. This is not Quincy, it’s a real person’s life. This office coordinator is prejudice against Veterans. It is no wonder why they have a difficult time maintaining staff or even hiring new staff. They say it themselves, due to staffing shortages!

I have been with Dr Sauder for 5 years now. I love her and her medical staff. She is always so helpful and willing to listen. She is no nonsense type of provider and will always be honest and forward with you, which i respect.

I have been seeing Dr Sauder for over a year. She is very easy to talk to, and her bedside manner is great. She is very funny and down to earth. She wont rush you out like some docs do. She listens to all your concerns and really talks to you about everything.

Dr. Sauder is new to me and I have seen twice in last 6 months. She is very thorough in evaluating your health status. Patient when answering your questions and with the overall visit. I have not felt rushed or pushed through. She was recommended by a friend and I have been happy with her service.

Have seen this doctor for a couple of years, and I am not clear if I have had an actual physical. Each visit seems be labeled a "well visit." Prior tests and info gathered by other specialists rarely referenced although I assume they could be pertinent. Has she read my chart? I have to ask questions or respond to questions Previously discussed. No real interest displayed towards me. No real direction. Nice person but Time to move on and take charge of my care..

Dr Sauder has a problem listening to her patients. Her solution for everything is to throw Mag/Oxide at it. She does not review blood work results at all with the patient which causes great anxiety. Her emotions take over where her Logic should be kicking in. Its not about her, its about the patient in front of her.

The NP health department is not a good medical facility. You have to get a clinic card every three months to be seen. These doctors prescribe you addictive drugs for some conditions and if you run out and don't have your clinic card renewed you have to wait to get your meds refilled until you get a refill. Sometimes with all the people they have in line to get clinic cards renewed this can take weeks, then you have to wait another week or two for an appointment. Meanwhile you are having withdrawls from your drugs wearing off or else your dead or in the hospital from having been without your blood pressure meds or insulin. A few years ago they had a good staff in their that would give you enough of your meds to last until you could get an appointment. Dr Sauder is one of the worst there now when it comes to this. Very young with lack of experience. STAY AWAY if possible.

I had a series of heart attacks. I was out of money and had mounting hosp. Bills! I needed a pcp. I was told about her and the clinnic. I went and got signed up with her and the clinnic. This was the only think that was a little tough. She is a cool little doctor! She is current and just out of school. She is smart as a whip. When I got in trouble, she got me into see a highly ranked cartac doctor. To make a long story short she saved me. I have been with her for about two years. She is a plain speaking midwestern girl. I like also that the phar. is on sight.

she has been very good to me, She works with me to feel all my needs. she is very caring and smart. I had a stroke and she called me at the hospital and has been more of a friend than anything. I have better health and she has been 100% helpful.
