Don't waste the 3-4 hours you'll spend waiting....... smh

Would not recommend - you always need to wait for hours before you see the doctor for 5 minutes; to receive a refill is always a challenge and requires many calls and days.

called for an appointment and was told that certain services, I would need to prepay and they WOULD NOT file the insurance for me. I didn't have a problem with prepaying for the service but felt they should file the insurance for me. The staff also discouraged me in getting the service I was asking for. I feel that should be between me and the doctor, not the person making the appointment. If Dr. Levin no longer takes insurance or files insurance for patients, she should state that on her website and tell patients that upfront on every appointment. I'm assuming at this point that she is no longer interested in patients but only MONEY.

This is a very friendly office. The doctors have taken good care of me for a long time
