Waited 45mins to be seen after my appointment time. Dr.Miller comes in & asks what I’m there for, so I tell her & she proceeds to examine & asks if lab work was done which it was. I ask if she has the results & she said, no we don’t ask for that prior to an appointment. So I proceed to pull up the results on my phone & she basically says, try this over the counter product. So I ask her if that was it & ask if there is a medical reason for my symptoms & I say I feel as if this appointment was not helpful. She proceeds with “well what did you expect? An immediate result” I said no, I came here for some answers which you did not provide. She kept talking over me after she would ask me a question & was dismissive of my questions and concerns about her not being prepared for my appointment. She did not have a good professional demeanor & I left there more upset than when I first walked in.

Arrived at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:20 appt. At 10:45 asked if I would be seen soon. Was told that there was one patient in front of me. the young lady said that she would have Monica come get me as there were two rooms open. I sat down and immediately , Monica came out and called a patient who had just come in the door. I said "Hey I had a 10:20 appt." ..Monica said " She had a 10:10 appt . Seriously, The patient arrives 45 mins. late and gets called in..Not once did anyone on the staff offer any info on running behind on appts. Find another Dr. this is common place here..

I was referred to Dr. Miller by my GP, who I absolutely love, so I had high expectations. Well, I was very disappointed. I waited in the waiting room for over 20 minutes before being brought to an exam room. Once in the exam room, I had to wait for another 15 minutes before Dr. Miller came in. While I was in the waiting room, I heard the doctor and a coworker having a whole conversation about a non-work related topic right outside of my door, so in my eyes, there was no good reason I should have been kept waiting for so long. Once she saw me, she was very quick, albeit thorough. She dismissed my concerns and inquiries about treatment for old acne scars by saying that my skin wasn't even that bad. I didn't ask for an opinion. I was willing to pay for a treatment, I expected to be given the information I requested without being told that my doctor didn't think it was that bad (For the record, I have severe enough acne scarring on both cheeks that I can not confidently leave my house… without a decent amount of makeup on). Instead, I was prescribed an ointment to reduce scars...that cost me almost $100 after my insurance! And prevented me from going into sunlight for weeks. And didn't work! I wish I had been given all of the options that I asked for instead of being dismissed. I didn't mesh well with Dr. Miller's general personality, she was a little cold and harsh for me.
