Dr. Deepti Mishra, MD

I think the world of Dr. Mishra. She is an excellent doctor who takes the time to really listen to issues. However, her assistant is non-responsive to messages and inquiries regarding scripts that have supposedly sent in. The front office staff is rude and condescending and act as if setting up an appointment is a waste of their time. If it wasn't for the doctor, I would go elsewhere.

The staff is HORRIBLE! The front office staff is arrogant and rude. Not interested in solving problems only interested making themselves seem important. The doctor's nurse is absolutely no better. If she returns your call (and that is a BIG if), she is rude, refuses to give you accurate information and can't even follow up in a timely fashion. I have never had the doctor follow up on anything and that means a lot in my book.

I was looking for a long term Dr. when I saw Dr. Mishra as a new patient recently. It was an all around good experience with Dr. Mishra and her staff. I found Dr. Mishra to be very professional, yet warm and friendly. She truly listened to me, to my personal needs, concerns and goals for my health..before making her recommendations to my health care. I felt as if I was the only patient in the office, that she cared and was focused on my wellbeing. When I left her office I felt as if I had found exactly what I was searching for in Dr. Mishra I have never written a review before, good or bad,....VERY PLEASED. My daughter and grandchild will be new patients soon.

Dr. Mishra is an excellent doctor because she spends a lot of time listening to you discuss your symptoms. She is very caring and compassionate. She effectively diagnoses the problem. She is great for a yearly checkup however if you call for an immediate appointment it could be a week or two before you can be seen. This is unacceptable. She should have the mornings for physicals or follow-ups and the afternoons for emergencies. I use my previous doctor for sick visits and Dr. Mishra once a year for a physical. Another hint: ask Dr. Mishras nurse to get your blood work done a week before your physical so that Dr.Mishra can discuss the results with you during your exam.

She is the best Doctor that I've had. Very up to date, very passionate about her work which makes her very good at her job. In fact all the Doctors that work in the same office are great too.

WoW! a docotor that will acutually spend time with the patient. I had a problem serious to me but minor in the big picture of health care. She saw I was worried set down and talk with me discussed options, She was listening to my concerns, and wasn't quick to put me on a lot of medications and look at other ways for me to take of my issues.

Very caring with my terminally ill spouse! He loves her and trusts her.

She is a great doctor. She gets the problem solved and does not rush you into things.

My experience with Dr. Mishra was exceptional, she is conservative in her recommendations and with a very down to earth approach. Her approach is preventative, with a balance of exercise, diet, and other natural and non invasive approaches before suggesting medications. She is a caring and compassionate person, and most importantly I trust her judgment. You make decisions together about the best approach to your overall health and well being. She is very knowledgeable on current best practices in both the internal medicine and geriatric fields. I am a tough customer, manage my own health and read extensively, I recommend her highly!
