Dr. Delia G Toledo, MD

She is not professional whatsoever. A patient called in to have her therapy appointment and this woman actually started bad mouthing the patient prior.

Wow. Dr. Toledo has a very very poor bedside manner. I felt like she couldn’t carry the conversation. She’s the provider and it was so awkward. It felt like she didn’t want to be there and she just wanted to get things over with. I was a new patient and she didn’t even know me or care to know me. She was very cold and not comforting when I was crying while in a very dark place in my life. She even laughed at me. When I reached out to her through email to ask her questions, share some concerns and give her updates, she didn’t even address all I said and messaged me a 1 sentence reply. Never go to her. Thankfully, I’ve been to many psychiatrists over the years so I understand how it goes, but if I were a new patient who decided for the first time I wanted to better myself, I would feel very neglected and disappointed. Very short, dry, and cold conservation. I was pretty much just told to see an in person provider next time and then given 3 prescriptions. That’s all.

I have been to many psychiatrists and she is certainly the best I have ever seen. She is very knowledgeable and caring, she is caring, warm and an excellent psychotherapist. She vent over all of my history and identified my problem then proceeded to change my medication to the adequate ones. I have never felt better.

We took our 17 year old daughter, who suffers from depression to Dr. Toledo. First, Dr. Toledo took our daughter to her office without us, her parents. Then she made our daughter feel more depressed than she felt before seeing Dr. Toledo. Dr. Toledo wanted to prescribe our daughter ADHD medicine, our daughter DOES NOT have ADHD. And Dr. Toledo also wanted to prescribe Lithium, which is not what our daughter needed. And finally at the end of the appointment, Dr. Toledo proceeded to inform us that she can't treat our daughter because she does not see patients younger than 18 years old.

I found her to be lacking in warmth or compassion, which made me feel very uncomfortable considering the emotional nature and vulnerability of the discussion. She didn’t seem to care about me at all. I had a very bad feeling after leaving her presence which I don’t think is what a caregiver should trigger. I will never go to her again. Unprofessional and she looked like she should be working behind bar with what she was wearing....

She is the rudest person that I have ever met. Absolutely clueless as a doctor

Always in time, excellent professional and I have seen a few, Insights are amazing and she is very thorough!

Not worth it!!! Incompetent. Did a 3 hour 1st visit, Came to my 2nd appt. on time, 11:40 and was told I was very late. I had to be there 10 mins, earlier. I have OCD And Agoraphobia. It takes me 4 hours to get ready to leave my house. Are they kidding me??? She had something else going on. A doctor should be better that this.
