Dr. Denese Brown, MD

This review is not actually about Dr. Denese Brown, as I never had the chance to see her. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated on the phone when I called to reschedule an appt. When I called I was told I could not be seen because I had seen another GYN. As a patient seeking help, I have every right to consult multiple physicians until I find one who can address my medical concerns. The receptionist I spoke with was dismissive, nasty and unhelpful, refusing to provide her name, and when speaking with Julie the practice mgr, she was equally dismissive and unwilling to assist or reschedule my appt telling me I was not a right fit for the practice. The entire experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected. It is disheartening to be treated this way when all I wanted was appropriate care. I hope the DR reads this, because who knows how many patients have been turned away for service?!? DR DENESE BROWN please call me I think you should follow up on this. Thanks
