Dr. Dennis William Delpaine, MD

I never got to see Dr. Delpaine. The office told me I would see him sooner if I agreed to see the nurse practitioner, Mary, first. I agreed since I was in a lot of pain. She did her exam, asked questions and gave me a diagnosis based on her opinion. She then prescribed 2 prescription medications. I was not expecting a diagnosis from her since she is NOT who I was referred to. I told her I had to look up the side effects. after get the doctors diagnosis after tests were done. When I asked when I can see the doctor, Mary, said after I was on the medication for at least a month. After I left I was billed for the full visit and waited to get my statement with my insurance billing from them. It never came, just late, past due bill which I was still waiting for insurance. I broke my hip and was in rehab for a month, when the office turned my bill over to collection! I found out after I got out of rehab with no warning or explanation. So not only did I NOT get to see the doctor, but was put… into collection for a bill for someone I didn't ever ask to see. Rude and horrible medical office experience without seeing the doctor I was referred to by my cardiologist.

I am a recent transfer from my RA doc who retired in Sacramento - Dr. Shapiro. He was patient, understanding and provided me great care for years. I was concerned when I had to transfer to a new doc. I really wanted someone with the same level of care and interest that I was used to. Well, I am very pleased with Dr Del Paine. He too takes time to listen to you, doesn't rush the visit, asks you how you feel, how are the meds working, etc. Also, his staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel blessed to have him as my new RA doc. Would recommend him to anyone with RA who lives close to his office.

I HAVE SEEN DR. DEL PAINE FOR JUST OVER 3 YEARS - FOR MY R.A. . I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANY DOCTORS OFFICE WHERE THEY ARE AS COMPASSIONATE, FRIENDLY, AND GENUINELY CONCERNED FOR YOUR HEALTH AS DR. DEL PAINE AND HIS STAFF. I ACTUALLY LOVE GOING TO THE DOCTOR - FOR A CHRONIC CONDITION!! HE IS HONEST, REALISTIC, AND FORTHRIGHT - AND COMPASSIONATE!! HIS STAFF IS KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND FRIENDLY. ALL DOCTORS OFFICES SHOULD ASPIRE TO REACH THE BAR SET BY DR DEL PAINE AND HIS STAFF. THERE IS NO BETTER CARE THAN THE CARE THIS OFFICE PROVIDES THEIR PATIENTS.

I have been Dr. DelPaine for approximately 25 years and when my insurance changed, I gladly paid out of pocket to see him. He has treated me with respect and competence. I will always be in debt to him for getting through the most difficult medical periods of my life. He and his entire staff make you feel like a friend.

I admit to being a weenie when it comes to doctors. However, Dr.Delpaine is the best dang doctor around and I had seen several before him. His diagnosis and treatment have and still remain spot on. He treats you with warmth and dignity and you can feel he truly cares about what's going on and really listens to you and answers all questions I have never felt rushed the staff is also very warm. Just make sure to call if you need to re-schedule a appointment.

I see numerous physicians, and Dr. DelPaine is the best. Appointments are sometimes difficult, unless scheduled far into the future. I would recommend Dr. DelPaine.
