Dr. Dennis Manuel Hurtado, MD

First off, The doctor dosen't deserve even 1 star . He couldn't care less if you need anything , I can't believe how many bad reviews he has. He will only do the bare minimum for you . he wont say much to you if you need answers . I would definitely stay away from him if you can . find a REAL DOCTOR !

I have kept an icy cold distance from Dr Hurtado for over 8 months after I complained about the rudeness of two of the "specialists" telling him that they had found the lumps but had refused to do labs or give me medications and he told me all they had done was mention psychiatric care and said that I had paranoid delusions of illness. If doctor Hurtado did his own work instead of referring his patients out to specialists and then they would not be able to make false reports and he would not get paid for not doing anything. His friendliness has become an insult and is form of harassment. I don't appreciate him wasting my time. The bottom line is that Dr Hurtado has NEVER provided me with any services whatsoever. he is never met me he has never provided me with any exams or any medications or any lab work after two and a half years. I told him months ago I was going to be finding another doctor because I have not received any service with him and he went and charged me about $700 for… four referrals that I did not ask for to psychiatric services.

I went in for severe allergies. In the first minute he prescribed eye drops. The next 10-15 minutes he talked about my BMI being high and said to lose 15 pounds. When I told him I worked out 5-6 days a week and ate a relatively healthy diet he dismissed me and told me to increase my intensity and decrease my caloric intake. I spent the rest of the conversation defending myself from his lecture about weight management. I was very offended by his bedside manner.

This doctor acts like this because his supervisor backs him up. He doesn’t care nor does he want to work. He only wants to help the patients he likes, he is bias and this is discrimination that is unethical and not righteous. He is a very mean man, so don’t bother seeing this doctor for it is a waste of your time. He will do nothing for you, just take the office visit and act like he is working for Presbyterian Headquarters to see that he has at least some patients. When a doctor is cruel and horrifying like this Hurtado, stay away and find someone else. Pray about it, for no one else can help you but Yahweh and Jesus Christ. Look at his last name he chose, HURTADO. He will hurt you and still don’t do anything for you. I guess he just helps his supervisor and his front desk’s family members for the sake of his job with them, but for anyone else that does not benefit him, he will scorn at you. He is a miserable man for that is why his actions are so terrible. This doctor is… running from his karma that he cannot out run, and for his supervisors that support this man and his bad unethical unjust actions, they too will be in the same place as Hurtado for it states that what is bound on the earth shall be bound in heaven. In life, this doctor and his supervisors/ crew go to work at the same place, back each other up at the same place, so for an eternity, they shall be in the same wretched place that they treated the patients so bad. Karma is coming for this man, just watch and you will see. Every unjust and vile deeds that this doctor and his supervisors are doing and allowing this doctor to do shall not be overlooked by the Creator for the Holy One of Israel sits on His Throne and sees all the bad deeds they are doing, so when it is time for the Father ABBA to repay, all that this doctor and his supervisors had done to the sick and the elderly, it will show either in their misfortunes and their faces. When it comes, there is no escape for Hurtado and his supervisors, and there will be no excuses nor explanations to where they will be ending for eternity, for they are accumulating bad deeds and karma on their plates. Every mistreatment they ignore and do not stop, it will be repay back 7X7 to infinity from the Messiah. Read the Book of Revelations, for it is coming. The pain that we are suffering will be for a short while but their pain will be forevermore. Just believe, just pray, and be good to the end.

Told him one of the symptoms of my condition and he said, "ewww". Yeah, not going back.

An arrogant and cruel man. Very long wait, could care less about patient. Would rate 0 if possible. Poor excuse for a doctor and vindictive if confronted.

I saw Dr. Hurtado at the emergency room in Dumas and he was very professional, caring and figured out what the issue was and took care of it. I appreciated his manner even more due to the fact that the rest of the staff (ie the nurses) seemed to not really care about all of us patients and weren't really nice at all.
