First class treatment by Andrea and Dr Jones. Timely scheduling, and wait times to see us. Always respectful, kind, and professional. I wish all my other doctors were like Dr Jones and his support staff.

I’ve been going to him for years and he has removed polyps in my nose so that I can breath. The care he has provided is the best. Under his care I’ve been able to breathe normally for over 3 years. Thanks.

Dr Jones is the absolute best! He removed my tonsils in 2008. He performed my sinus surgery in 2019. He has always been so professional and kind. A wonderful doctor! Always responds to your messages. Just overall great!! He has also performed my kids surgery’s.

Dr. Jones, as always, was careful to discuss results of his very successful lower eyelid blepharoplasty. He and Andrea are always unfailingly pleasant and helpful. From my first visit through this three-month follow-up I have felt valued and respected. It’s a pleasure to be treated in Dr. Jones’ service.

I made an appointment for a hearing test and before going back told the receptionist that I needed the doctor to sign off on the results. I was told that the doctor would not do that and I would have to have my primary care doctor sign. The receptionist stated any doctor could read the results. When asked what was needed to have him sign, it was again repeated he did not sign off on the hearing results. The intent of making a hearing test under a certified ENT is misleading if the ENT will not certify the results.
