Very knowledgeable and caring doc. Really put me at ease!

Both me and my husband were patients of Dr. Landan's a few years ago. My husband, who has several health issues, had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Landan. We never heard back on the results. Several calls made to his office with a return message of "we'll get back with you within 24 hours." Never did we get a call back. My husband went to see him and wow!....his office was cleaned out and closed. Neighboring tenant said he just up and left. We never could find him. And we never, ever got that call back from him. Was surprised when my primary care physician recommended me to him today.

Dr Landon was excellent in every way except in follow-up, response to after procedure messaging and in taking over 1 year for me to obtain results of my procedure due to his total lack of patient follow-up care! Message after message, email after email and billing error that continues to this day (with his own signature on the disputed charge/check) makes me rate him this low.

One of the most amazing doctors EVER. I went to countless GI doctors for years and Dr. Landan was the only one that was able to discover my food allergies and help me. I am forever grateful! Not only is he a brilliant physician, he also is very caring and compassionate to his patients. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to have him as my doctor.

He is the best dr I have ever seen give you all the time that you need to explain to him all of your symptoms

Dr.Landon takes time for his patients during office visits. Through in answering questions, explaining medications and procedures. Kind and caring. However, his office service is problematic. Left Several messages on answering service recording and never received call back. No live answering service to contact dr. This was during a time of flare up of symptoms, and this patient was left bewildered. Get a new office staff and system to support the care if your patients .

I trust Dr. Landan with my life. He has made a difference in my life with a chronic illness I struggle with.

This doctor is awesome.....but the woman who is his front office person is horrible and that is an understatement. Bad enough I have to consider if it is worth it to continue with such a great doctor if I have to run the guantlet with her each time - I feel beat up afterward - what a meany to put it nicely.
