Dr. Dermot Patrick Maher, MD

He comes across like a caring doctor and pleasant. He answered well my questions and he wrote a note in my chart that is completely contrary to my pain complains. "The patient denies any weakness, numbness, tingling, bowel or bladder incontinence". I do have a bladder incontinence, tingling, numbness"

My experiences with Dr. Maher, so far, have been extremely positive...much more so than other doctors I've seen. He takes the time to listen to what I am experiencing, asks questions, makes suggestions, explains what the options are and why they are the best options. He comes across like a nice person who cares about patients and their wellbeing. He is definitely knowledgeable, too, because he has managed to help ease some of my pain when other doctors have simply suggested longterm medication use. Overall, he is a great doctor who truly considers the patient's needs in his decision-making process. I'm very happy that I found this doctor!

Outlines all of the treatment options available and starts with the most conservative option to save the patient time and money. Excellent communication and bedside manner.
