Dr. Derrell W Anglyn JR., MD

My husband had a stroke stayed in the hospital a week and we went to Anglyns office for his follow up and I needed Fmla paperwork to protect my job so I could be with him while he’s recovering they charged me the fee and doctor Scott Cook filled out the paperwork but the insurance would not except so I went back and told them what I needed and he would not do my Fmla paperwork. He wants to pass it to a total different doctor which I will have to pay more fees to get them processed. I was warned about this office in the past now I am a believer. Find you a better doctor and a office that will work with you!

I have never had a better experience with a primary care provider. It starts with caring and is supported by connectivity, competency, curiosity, confidence, and accountability. Those same traits are carried forward by the balance of the staff. Unfortunately, we have moved and I have had to look for another physician. For those looking for a trusted relationship, I recommend Dr Anglyn and his team without reserve. My appreciation to all at this practice.
