Desiree M Falcon, APRN

Desiree M. Falcon, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and was a recipient of the Baptist Health Foundation Scholarship throughout graduate school. She completed 600 practicum hours at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, providing primary care to patients of all ages. Ms. Falcon dedicated six years as an ICU RN at the University Health System and was chosen to present at the 17th National Nurses Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. She obtained her BSN cum laude from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She worked in hospital settings from 2016 until joining Conviva in 2022. Ms. Falcon values building trusting relationships with her patients to help create a better quality of life. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse …Practitioners. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, her hobbies include spending time with family and friends and her Australian Shepherd, traveling abroad, and supporting the San Antonio Spurs.
