Dr. Devadatt Madhukar Mishal, MD

I am truly appalled by such negative reviews about Dr Mishal. He has been my OBGYN for over 20 years and he has been the utmost professional doctor I have ever known. He delivered my children and operated on me to remove a 6 lb cyst on my ovary. He has always taken the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. He is an intelligent and very kind doctor. Please rest assured that if you choose him as your doctor you are in very good hands.

Dr. Mishal sexually molests his patients and has done so for over 30 years. If you have been sexually violated by Dr. Mishal, you are not alone! Please report him to the medical board should you have further experience with his misconduct to stop him from traumatizing others.

Dr. Mishal is a very good doctor. He does not rush me and answers all of my questions with educated answers. I would recommend this doctor.

I do not recommend this doctor. He does not spend any time with his patients, you will spend over 40 minutes waiting for him to get off of the phone in his office and when he finally gets off he comes in to the examination room and spends no more than 3-5 minutes with the patient. he does not answer questions thoroughly he basically just brushes you off with a yes or no answer while he's walking out of the examination room. I was left with so many questions and concerns so many times. This is my first pregnancy and I have no clue what to expect? I ask him about C- sections he tells me not to worry about that. I ask about a good time to take birthing classes he says we will talk about it the next month, that month rolls around I ask again he says to wait and now it's too late to take a birthing class or for that matter any class to help me prepare for birth. So now Im going in with no clue what to do or how to ease labor or breathing techniques. I feel really frustrated and so afraid.… If I could go back I would've chose another OB/GYN

I had the worst experience with this dr and his associates. They are always in a hurry and minimize your concerns. I would never recommend this group to anyone. I don't know how they continue to practice.

Like someone else said front desk is not so friendly. Good Dr. Most of the time he's in a hurry but if you ask him questions he will answer them.

Dr. Mishal was my OB during my first pregnancy, he was very courteous, took time to answer my questions and during my delivery he was on top of my progression and gave me a sense of reassurance by the way he treated me. Front office staff is not too friendly but I highly recommend him.

I've been going to Dr. Mishal for years. He helped me avoid a c section, has always dedicated time to answer all questions, and provided me with information other doctors couldn't. He is an experienced doctor.

I love Dr. Mishal. I started out with him as my GYN and I have not looked back since, all of my visits have been very good even at my most nervous time of getting a colposcopy. Now Dr Mishal is my OB, my husband and I are convinced that everything will go smoothly. His nurse Olga is very good as well. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
