Dr. Dewayne Lockhart Jr, MD

The most vile doctor you will ever meet. Temper, ego, and daddy issues. Truly don't know how he has a business but I guess money can buy you into anything. Everything he's done will eventually come to life. Don't trust your loved ones here.

I can't imagine how i survived with my back pain before Dr Lockhart began treating me. He's the best!

There aren't enough grandiose adjectives to describe my gratitude for all you've done to ease the pain I've experienced in my back and legs. Everyone on the team, including Dr Lockhart, Justin, Dane, Ky, and Sasha show such empathy and concern it makes one feel like family. I can't thank you enough. Do keep up the good work!

I have had problems with my knee, lower back and right shoulder for 9 years. I have been to the best pain and orto doctors over the years. Dr. Lockhart is by far the best. It woudl take too long to tell you everything he has done but I have found refief without pain pills. It took some time, but the results speak for them selve. He has an excelent staff of well trained people that not only know their job, but they are also have great "bed side manner"

Lockhart is a very rude and obnoxious physician.I can see why the last practice he worked for fired him.He is disrespectful and only wants to perform procedures on you and truly doesnt care if your feeling better his main goal is to repeat procedures so he can make money ,this is the only reason everything he does is under the xray although he tries to be fancy and call if Floro. Mark my words this guy is the next scam DR; to get in trouble with the FEDs due to his false practicing skilss and his "mill" attitude so he can just make money,also his wife is a pediatrician in Naples so he tries to act as though he is just as good as her which he is not.He talks about brain surgery and he has never performed this procedure but he thinks he sounds more important we he speaks to patients.I found out why the last company fired him and this is why he had to "go out on his own" because none of the Dr .s in the practice would work with him and he has a terrible name in the medical community.

This doctor shows little care or concern for his patients and is very arrogant. He has nurse practitioners doing his job and doesn't understand why most people would prefer to have a doctor treat them, since that is what we are paying for! Don't ask him any questions or he will bark at you and remind you that HE is the doctor and makes the decisions!

This guy really respects his pain patients. I felt like a person not a number. He knows my name and asks about my family. He seems to remember everything I have ever told him all without looking it up. He speaks to me and not a computer screen. His office and staff are upscale clean and professional. They have a good relationship with each other and seem to really enjoy what they do. I have not gotten this feeling from any other doctors office. The other pain docs in town don’t come close to offering what you can get in just one appointment with this guy. He has given me and my family hope!

This happens to be one of the brightest and most helpful doctors I have ever visited. He made me comfortable immediately and educated me and my family on all of our questions. It seemed there was almost nothing he did not know, but he communicated in a way even my children could understand. What a nice gentle person and bedside manner. Wish I found him earlier.

He takes time with you and really cares about your condition. I have been a patient in pain management for years. He is exceptional in his work ethics and diagnosis of your condition. He perform procedures that have considerably relieved my pain. It is wonderful. I have referred Dr. Lockhart to many of my friends.
