Quality care, physicians and staff. Dr. Patel has been our family physician for 10 years. They don’t make things complicated, easy to make appointments and smoothly run office. No surprise bills ever.

Recently discovered Dr. Patel after calling several clinics including my own doctor who wasn’t doing covid testing. Dr. Patels Clinic was the only one performing tests a couple weeks ago in the area. He was very professional and did my test in the parking lot. He followed up with me the day after to check on me and made sure my breathing was okay. He called me back a couple days later with my results. Definitely my new doctor.

This is the 3rd pcp I’ve been to in the last 2 months and the only one that takes his time to actually listen to my problems and treat them appropriately instead of rushing me out the door. They don’t overbook and the wait times have been less than 15 mins each time. Friendly staff too.

I started to see Dr. Patel after my old pcp retired. I could not be happier with the care provided by him. His nurse is also wonderful and gentle! He is very much involved and has called me on weekends to discuss my lab results. Highly recommend if you are in need of a PCP!!

My family has been seeing Dr. Patel for over 12 years now. We also see Dr.Neil at the same clinic. By far the best doctors. Very personable and knowledgeable. Wait times are rarely more than 10-15 mins. Highly recommended if you are in search of a primary care doctor.

I went for annual physical exam. They said reports will be sent to you in 2 days. I have been contacting them for past 2 weeks now regarding the reports, but no use. It;s very frustrating that i have to contact them multiple times to send the report, but still nothing. Very very unprofessional service.

Dr. Patel has been my family's doctor for almost 10 years now. We moved from Alpharetta to Smyrna and were not pleased with our new doctor. We have since started to see Dr. Patel again. Could not recommend him enough.

My 79-year-old mother has Dr. Dhiraj Patel as her PCP. It is important for her to have someone who can responds to requests over the phone and email from her home health care, as she has limited mobility. It is very cumbersome for her to travel to a doctor's office. We can never get timely responses to our requests for referrals or prescriptions. It often takes 3, 4 or more requests to get what we need. Often, we get no callback at all. This is an unacceptable level of care for an elderly patient!
