Dr. Diana Ann Dale, MD

Doesn’t care about her patients, she is a total sham and afraid to prescribe anything major herself, will refer you back to your GP.

I've only been seeing Dr. Dale for about six months (four or five visits), so I can't comment on what the other reviews appear to have found. True, she has never been on time, but what doctor ever is? That's my only real complaint. Otherwise, I've found her to be pleasant, totally professional, and easy to talk to (and I've been to a number of therapists in the past). Her diagnosis appears to be accurate and the medication she's prescribed seems to be working. It's one of the common ones for my problem, so I'm not surprised. I'm definitely glad that I chose her and would certainly recommend her to anyone else seeking professional help.

ALWAYS ALWAYS late. Some times close to 45 minutes. Very abrupt and rude in the way she talks to you. Very short, wants you to get in and get the heck out. Has no idea what she's doing and overall feeling is that she does not want you to be sitting there. Very rude and the lateness is ridiculous. Also called me by the wrong name all session even though I was wearing a name tag from my job.

I developed what I thought was an excellent rapport with Dr. Dale. She always seemed genuine and caring until my last visit with her. She made demeaning comments and explained that the medication she had been prescribing me for over seven years is addictive. She also said it was her butt on the line. So, after I called and cancelled my appointment because I was ill with the flu , throwing up and the whole nine yards I received a letter that I no longer can make an appt. with her office. Yes, the Doctor prescribes a medication for 7 years and boots you right out of the door for a missed appointment. Hmmm is she in legal trouble? Paranoid much? Perhaps she should consult a fellow Doctor in her field. I have never encountered a professional to act so callous. Doctor's in her field need to have compassion for the human spirit. She clearly does not. Luckily I have a Primary Care Doctor that is willing to take over. I wish I had stuck with my primary care doctor along time ago. I want to get… off my medication however my life circumstance and my history keep me down.

Horrible doctor. Not sure how she can be in practice. She's always late so all her appt are running behind. She doesn't even look over your files before your appt and can't remember what she did at the list appt. Very unprofessional.

I called desperate to talk to a therapist. I left messages, my husband left messages and I even asked my regular doctor to help me get a return phone call and I was completly IGNORED! How rude that when I called the first time, I was told i would get a return phone call and never did. To me this person is non-caring, rude and I wouldn't talk to her now if I WAS PAID to!!! If you actually need help like I do, this is NOT the doctor to call!
