Dr. Diana Engineer Desai, MD

I've seen Dr. Desai for quite some time nw. She is a very efficient and knowledgeable young lady who would listen everything you said no matter how bad the situation is. She cares you as her own family member. I'm so lucky to find her and hope she won't move to a new place. Getting in as a new patient is a long wait but when you gets in you are good.

I was able to get in the next day as a new patient, the staff is efficient and Dr Desani was very patient with me, she could tell I was scared, and went way out of her way to assist us in getting results today! I was very impressed with her, she is verythorough, informative and made sure I had my options, very sincere, will highly recommend to my friends and family!!!

Dr. Desai is very approchable and speaks to you directly. She explains things in a palatable manner and is able to make the level of information appropriate for the patient's level of understanding. I am very happy to have found Dr. Desai.

First off Dr. Desai bed side manner is the best I have seen in a long time. She actually took a call from my wife while I was in the room for her. I was also impressed by how caring she was and helping me get my issue resolved the correct way. I would recommend her to any one

Scheduling is easy, visits don't take too long, Dr. Desai spends plenty of time talking with you and asks you a lot of questions as well as answering any you may have. Having worked in the medical field for a while it is nice to go to an office that doesn't treat you like cattle being herded through for profit.

Dr. Desai is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in her examination of her patients. The staff is also friendly and helpful in guiding their patients through the process of their appointments. I like the fact that the lab work is done prior to the appointment so that the appointment is more productive and issues can be discussed face to face and not on the phone. The patient portal is also a plus so that I can make appointments, confirm appointments, see the results of the tests, etc.

I came to Dr. Dasai for a second opinion for my thyroid problem. I have seen 4 different doctors in the last 5 years and it seems like nothing would get my thyroid regulated. Dr. Dasai looked at my last set of labs, ordered new ones and gave a very positive plan of action. I have faith that Dr. Dasai will get everything regulated and have me feeling better in no time. Her patience with me and her solid answers will keep me coming back to her.

I have had my first visit with Dr. Desai and was very impressed with her demeanor and her caring attitude, she actually cares about her patients and listens to them. She answered most of my questions before I had a chance to ask them. The office staff (which can make or break an office) were very considerate and professional. I am so very glad that I have switched to a group of individuals who actual care about their patients health. It's my life they are dealing with - since I have a pituitary tumor.

Very friendly and personable. On time with appointments. Spends adequate time and listens to concerns, very thorough. She does what most md's don't anymore, she really seems to care and takes time with patients.
