I wrote a comment but I didn’t write my name Maria A Limas what I meant to say that Dr. Lozano and Rosie make a great team. ??

I had been with Dr.Lozano for many, many years. I recommend her with my heart open she is a wonderful , Beautiful dr. She all ways answered my call at any hours love her with all my heart ??. She is a christen lady l have no bad feeling towards her. On 1-14- 2019 was my break point i was forced to look for another doctor I had been given an Appointment card for the date above. When I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment but the office staff was going to ask the nurse and the did. In a few minutes the nurse call my name I said to her the said I didn’t have an appointment. she answered WELL do you want to be seen or not in a very very cold, and rude voice and I said no and walk away with tears. I went to the car an started to looking for my appt. card an there it was 1-14-2019 @ 10:30 with Dr Lozano.I went back to the doctor’s office an showed the girls the (office staff )because they didn’t believed me. An now the new i was telling them the truth I always field like I… was walking on eggshells they didn’t say hi , or good morning the would look down I know they have a lots of work I understand I had to say morning to them.. Some times the nurse wouldn’t even order my medication and they would say the doctor hadn’t approve them an it was two or three days later. medicine she her self ( the doctor)had ordered An she knows who I am talking about. I’am sorry Dr. Lozano but I prayed about this before writing it . You and Roses are to good team for that kind of staff. And you doctor never called me. If I was a doctor and a patient that had me with me for a long time I would have wounded what had happened But with God help I found a wonderful Doctor ????? That understand me an knows my pain Dr. Kotta God Bless him.( and he is great . ??God Bless you Dr. Lozano ???? P.S. I’am ok but I was so use to you because you understood me.?? .

She's the best doctor I have ever seen!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I only saw Dr. Lozano once and that was by chance. The PA's are totally worthless and so is the rest of the staff. They ordered the wrong lab tests for me and made me come back, fasting, twice because they could not do anything without mistakes. I'm never going back.

Things are different now, people are paying tons of money every month just to have insurance. Cannot afford the money and time off work to come in just because they want to make money every year on me. A doctor is supposed to be there to direct care should something catastrophic happen. They should be happy I'm healthy!
